My feline encounter By Georgia Hug.

After a long day at school I decided to have a luxurious bubble bath. As I climbed out and went to go and dry my out of control hair, I caught a glimpse of  a mysterious cat iout of the corner of my eye. Slowly and carefully, wary and cautious, I approached the animal. Its colour was like marmalade (light & dark orange tones) with glistening eyes- like it wanted to kill!  Because of this, I called my dad. He was wary of the feline creature too so we went to go and catch it together. The evil looking cat started to wag its tail side to side, followed by showing its teeth as it separated its lips issuing a long meowww!!! Then it got into pouncing position…

Where was I at that time? It seemed like I was just dumped in the middle of nowhere. Oh now I remember. It was a muddy, leafy forest with some rather abnormal swaying trees. My mind was daring me to go up the cobbled stairs but I wouldn’t. The grass swayed to the beat of the wind like it was doing a dance. Robins and black birds sang like they were at a singing contest. Eventually, the last thing I heard was the trees cracked and whistled as the strong, powerful wind dodged the solid branches.

Georgia’s 100 wc

HONK HONK! As me and my mother was hurrying down the motor way we came to a standstill. The traffic, which was deafening, was driving us insane. Even though we had to take this exact route my mom decided to turn off at the next junction. As we were travelling up the road, mom braked, the car stopped suddenly. ”What’s happened mom?” I questioned.

“I don’t know Georgia,” She replied. As my mom was trying to discover what’d happened, I yelled “Mom, there’s been an accident!”

Eventually we got home and we found out (in the newspaper) that it wasn’t a collision; it was just a silly old goat that had escaped from a lush, green farmers’ field.

THE MYSTICAL CREATURE

Once there was a nice but shy girl called Daisy. Daisy was quiet at school but when she got home she was as chatty as a parrot.

After school, when she was skipping home, she took a shortcut through the forest (Shadow Forest). As Daisy was walking calmly through the forest she saw something in the corner of her eye. Daisy yelled “Hey where are you going? And who are you?” As quick as a cheetah she sprinted after the strange creature.

Suddenly the unusual noise stopped. Daisy stopped too.  ”Can you hear me?” she asked politely. “Neighhhhh!”  Was the reply she received .Daisy started to get a bit suspicious. “Hmm” she thought to herself, “how come he knew what I was saying?” Then the creature emerged from some bushes. “Hello, what’s your name?” Daisy asked “Neighhh!”  was the answer again.  “Oh your name is Shadow” “WHOAA, this is unbelievable I can understand you. But the horse trotted away into the distance. Daisy was incredibly shocked but also upset so she set off after Shadow.

As she was sprinting through Shadow Forest, searching for the mystical creature, Daisy looked everywhere for him but there was no luck heading her way. It was getting dark now but she did not look back; Daisy scanned everywhere when she saw something move.  “SHADOW!” she yelled at the top of her voice “where are you?” then Shadow showed himself. “There you are,” as she sighed in relief, “I was so worried”. She ran towards Shadow, he said something “Neighhh” “Oh, you want me to follow you!” So they went deeper into the dense forest.

It was like a magical kingdom; suddenly it had turned into a bright, sunny day when Daisy saw Shadow in this unexpected daylight, she gasped. She had never seen an animal so beautifully coloured. Shadow was like a golden tree with chestnut leaves. The wind blew strongly towards him like he was in a movie. Daisy was astonished, “This is a surprise!” She gasped in awe “What has happened?”

“Neighhh!” he replied

“This is your forest and you want me to meet all your friends?”

Shadow strode forward with Daisy by his side. He was so tall that she felt very small. “These animals you see are under my protection” said Shadow “no harm comes to them whilst I’m here to protect them.” As they walked through the path, animals started to approach them cautiously (because they were wary of the stranger.)”Hello, what’s your name?” asked Daisy

“My name’s Peach,” answered the rabbit.

“My name is Sam” replied the squirrel “What’s yours”

“My name is Daisy” she said calmly. ”So you can speak,”

“Yes we can.” As Daisy looked around, autumn leaves were scattered everywhere. It was like the woods were set on fire. In the corner of her eye she saw a giant pile of dry leaves, like a big, fat mattress. Daisy was so tired, she slumped over and fell asleep .Suddenly she heard someone calling her name.

“Daisy!”  “Daisy!” Then she woke up .It was morning and her mom was waking here up for school.

ONE WINTERS NIGHT By Georgia Hug.

One winter’s night when the FROST started to accumulate on the ground, I was RUNNING home from school when I heared a terrible but strange noise. Confused and tierd, worried and scared I trembled towards the horrific noise, then i gradually   peeked round the corner but it was just champ the dog in my neighbours vintage, GREEN CARAVAN . With a HEAVEY sigh of  relief I said to my self “How silly am I”. As I trailed through the door, I put my school bag down, got my reading book out, ran upstairs and engrossed in the spooky horror story.

MOONLIGHT SONATA By Georgia Hughes

Mozart started to play the keys. The music made you sway to the rhthym like you was in a trance, it seemed very active but then it goes very silent and depressing. When you listen to the doleful part it makes you feel like winters coming but then as it goes high pitched it makes you think that  lovely spring has arrived. Spring is like something very special has happend in you life, so I think something might of  happened in Mozart’s life. But winter is like a stormand somethingmight of happend that he will never  ever forget
